CVI offers a range of services, including but not limited to Website Design, Software Application Design, Graphic Arts, Logo Making, Business Flyers & Brochure Designs, and PC Installations.

Payments
CVI accepts payments through PayPal and GCash. Payment details will be provided upon the initiation of a project.
Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon terms outlined in the project proposal or contract.

Project Initiation
To initiate a project, clients must contact CVI via the provided contact information.
CVI will discuss project requirements, provide a customized proposal, and outline the scope, timeline, and pricing details.
Project commencement is subject to the acceptance of the proposal and payment of any required upfront fees.

Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment for services, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the delivered project.
CVI retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials, with due regard to client confidentiality.

Project Delivery
CVI aims to deliver high-quality projects within agreed-upon timelines.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and clients will be promptly informed of any changes to the project schedule.

Support and Maintenance
CVI provides post-project support and maintenance services based on the terms outlined in the project proposal or contract.
Support beyond the agreed-upon period may be subject to additional fees.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for project development.
Any delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and may result in additional fees.

Limitation of Liability
CVI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Termination
Either party may terminate a project or contract in writing if the other party breaches the terms outlined herein.
Termination may be subject to the payment of fees for work completed up to the termination date.
